How do I start a subscription?
Getting a subscription set up couldn't be easier! Simply go to the product you want to subscribe to, select the 'Subscribe & Save' option and head to the checkout.
Can I add other items to my subscription?
Yes, absolutely! There are two ways to do this:
- To process a subscription alongside your current one, simply choose the 'Subscribe & Save' option on the new product listing. Once both subscriptions are active, you can schedule them to renew on the same date.
- To add a one-time purchase (which will only ship with your next subscription and not repeat), just send us a message at ahoy@thepetslarder.co.uk and our team will be happy to help!
When will I be charged?
Your initial payment will be processed at checkout. After that, your subscription will renew automatically on a recurring basis. For example, if you place your initial order on 19th June with a 4-week subscription, your next payment will be charged on 19th July.
Can I change my delivery address?
Absolutely! This can all be managed in the customer portal under 'Address & payment details'. Or you're welcome to email our friendly team on ahoy@thepetslarder.co.uk who'll be happy to help!
How do I update my payment method?
You can do so through your customer portal under 'Address & payment methods'
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! You're not tied into a subscription at all. They're completely flexible to your needs. If you need to pause for a while you, can reschedule your next order, and of course if you need to cancel, you can certainly do so! I've cancelled my subscription, can I set it back up again?
Yes absolutely! You're able to set your subscription back up very easily through your online portal, or email one of our friendly team on ahoy@thepetslarder.co.uk
