Help Us Find a New Home for Cornwall’s Next-Level Dog Day Care
Since I stepped back in 2023 from running our original award-winning dog day care, one question keeps coming up:
“When are you opening another one?”
The answer: we’re ready—if we can find the right space.
Now we need your help.
What We’re Looking For
Please read and share this with anyone—family, friends, neighbours, farmers, landowners—who might have a suitable property.

Location: Along the A30 corridor in Cornwall, with quick access to busy population hubs.

Land Size: 3–6 acres (flexible) for secure exercise fields, enrichment zones, and possibly a secure members’ dog park and public community dog park.

Buildings: 2,500–5,000 sq ft (flexible) for day care rooms, an on-site pet shop, staff facilities and storage.

Farms or equestrian centres

Former tourist attractions

Large rural or edge-of-town plots with space for change of use

Parking & Access: Good road frontage and safe, easy parking for customers and delivery vehicles.

Utilities: Power and water preferred (but we can explore bringing these in).
We can purchase or lease and are open to creative solutions—from long-term rentals to joint ventures. If a site ticks some but not all boxes, we still want to hear about it.
Why Now
Having been a major driving force in building Cornwall’s first commercial dog day care in 2014 and growing it into one of the South West’s most respected and awarded centres.
Many of our former managers and team—highly qualified in pet care and holistic therapies—are ready to return.
Our customers are asking when we’ll reopen. This is your chance to help make it happen.
