How does honeycure work? Manuka honey is a powerful healing tool for three main reasons: the first is a natural abundance of hydrogen peroxide and methylglyoxal (mg).

While hydrogen peroxide is found in all kinds of honey, mg is an antibacterial compound found in higher concentration in manuka honey, due to its abundance in the manuka flower. The high concentration of antibacterial compounds makes this gel effective in preventing infection.
