What Is Bark Run 2025?
Bark Run is an annual event designed to bring together dog lovers and fitness enthusiasts while raising awareness for mental well-being. Hosted by Cornwall Mind Charity, this event highlights the powerful connection between pets and mental health. Studies show that spending time with dogs can significantly reduce stress, anxiety, and depression—just another reason to celebrate our four-legged friends!
