Where do you source your products from?

Many of our treats are made right here in Cornwall, using local ingredients where possible. We’re committed to offering eco-conscious pet products that are free from nasties — no chemicals, artificial colours, or cheap fillers. We believe good pet food starts with great ingredients, not clever packaging.

How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £59. For orders under that, standard shipping is a flat fee. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 2–4 working days. If you choose our subscription box, it ships monthly on the same date, with tracking included. All our packaging is eco-friendly too — plastic-free where possible and fully recyclable.
